Image of supracondylar process, ligament of struthers, and the brachial artery

Present in 7 of 1000 patients, a fibrous band joins the supracondylar process with the humeral trochlea and forms a foramen. The brachial artery (and median nerve) may pass through this foramen. Note: this is a potential nerve and vascular entrapment site.
