Supracondylar Canal of Humerus and supernumerary Head of Pronator Teres Muscle. a= supracondylar process of humerus, b= medial epicondyle of humerus, c= medial intermuscular septum, d= aponeurotic sheet of the supracondylar process, origin of variant head of m. pronator teres, and anterior fascial covering of the supracondylar canal, e= supernumerary head of m. pronator teres, f= superior head of pronator teres, g= inferior head of m. pronator teres, h= inferior portion of brachialis muscle, i= muscle fascicle arising from ligament (Struthers) of supracondylar process, l= opening of supracondylar process, permitting passage of median nerve and brachial artery, m= axillary artery, s= brachial artery (right-hand drawing), t= axillary artery divides into radial and ulnar arteries, u= high division of radial artery, x= brachial artery continues as the ulnar artery, 10= ulnar nerve, 17= median nerve.
