The right coronary artery originated from the right sinus of the pulmonary trunk. In this case of a 74-year-old male, no disability was associated with the anomaly.

B: In this case, only one artery (the right coronary) arose from the arota. The left circumflex and the anterior descending coronary arose from the right coronary sequentially. On the right, the posterior view of the exteriro of the heart.

C: In this case, both coronary arteries arose from the left arotic sinus.

D: In this illustration of a case, the left circumflex coronary artery arose from the right coronary artery. The anterior descending coronary arose independently from the left arotic sinus.
