A: High origin of superficial palmar branch from the radial artery.

B: A large median artery arising from the radial artery traverses the carpai canal and enters into the formation of the superficial palmar arch with the ulnar artery.

C: Extensive branching of the anterior (volar) interosseous artery to the back of the hand in a case of a small (inadequate) radial artery.
