This section passes through the penis (1) and scrotum (39), the two femurs (14, 25), and the muscles of the thigh belonging to the anterior, medial (adductor), and posterior (hamstring) groupings.

The left testicle is seen in this cut and the tunica albuginea (41), lobules containing seminiferous tubules (40), and testicular blood vessels (39) can be identified.
