A prefixed plexus in which the third and fourth sacral
nerves both contribute to the lumbar and sacral plexuses. Ifc, obt,
fem. and Sc identify the lateral femoral cutaneous, obturator,
femoral, and sciatic nerves, respectively; sga is the superior
gluteal artery.
